The win is Arsht's second first placing in a major tournament, although he has an impressive list of cashes. Back in 2001 he scored a first in the World Poker Finals Seniors Limit Hold'em event. Entering the final table as chip leader, the Pennsylvanian senior continued to extend his lead, eliminated several opponents as he did so until the heads up with Stephen Hung Ma was set with the elimination of Al Barbieri in third place. Arsht's dominant lead made the final confrontation a brief affair, leaving him with the bracelet and the top money. The final table cash list looked like this: 1 David Arsht $211,921 2 Stephen Hung Ma $130,903 3 Al Barbieri $84,388 4 Donald Auger $61,820 5 Glenn Engelbert $45,953 6 Ben Landowski $34,620 7 Jeff Weiss $26,401 8 Alexander Queen $20,370 9 Lori Kirgan $15,886 Related News Tags: Wsop Poker News index » JUST WHAT THE (POKER) DOCTOR ORDERED!24th May, 2013 at 10:24:37
