The mainly Asian focused online gambling group, Samvo has appointed former Namco Bandai Partners', David Miller as marketing chief.
He takes up the role of marketing executive and will be responsible for driving communications about Samvo's online gambling platform. While the firm is popular in Asia, this appointment is part of its strategy to raise its profile in Europe.
Miller has 15 years of experience in the games industry, having worked in various marketing roles at Namco Bandai, Virgin, Capcom and Electronic Arts.
"E-gaming is an industry I have been watching for some time," said Miller. "It is a vibrant, innovative and burgeoning sector and reminds me of the early years of my video games career.
"I am delighted to be a part of the team at Samvo and excited about the challenge of launching an exceptional new product into such an exciting marketplace."
